El Cerrito, May 17, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - "All In This Together," a song and video released by Practicing Aloha and El Cerrito Studio is one of those "stay at home" videos that have become very popular during the COVID-19 pandemic. What makes this one so special is that it was made by musicians and for musicians. These artists donated their time and talents to raise money and awareness for the Recording Academy Foundation's MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund. MusiCares is one of the most reliable and integral organizations that offer help to musicians in need.
Another important aspect of this song and video is that it counts with the participation of 28 artists from different parts of the country and the world. It has many artists from the San Francisco Bay Area, home to the recording studio where the song was mainly produced, and it also includes artists from Hawaii, Miami, Chicago, Massachusetts, Los Angeles, and Spain. These musicians have remarkably diverse music backgrounds, and the song crosses a variety of genres from rock, to pop, to the gospel; and it even includes children's artists.
The song was composed and produced by Award Winning Producer Cindy Paulos, and by GRAMMY® award-winning engineering and producing team Oscar Autie and Kenya Autie; who are known in the music community for their philanthropic work through music and for their collaboration with hundreds of artists throughout their career. "All In This Together" will be included in Cindy Paulos upcoming album "We're All In This Together." All the profits from the album will go to MusiCares as well.
Lastly, the message of this song couldn't be timelier. "All In This Together" is a message of love and unity. It talks about how we must embrace these difficult times with love, and it says "To get through these times, we must heal."
